FC 27 Update 1.0.4 Live: What's Fixed

EA released Title Update 1.0.4 for EA SPORTS FC 27 on 7 October 2026. It is still the latest title update listed on EA's official FC 27 news hub. EA confirms there are no gameplay balance or tuning changes in this patch.

Ultimate Team: fixed a "Service Unavailable" error that could appear after completing a match in FUT modes, and incorrect holographic visuals on base items when opening certain Player Picks.

The Grounds (including Clubs): fixed a loading screen that could require a title restart when viewing your active club from the Player Profile, and instances of incorrect post-match UI flow.

Career Mode: Manager Career now generates fewer high-OVR or high-potential players, and offering far more than a club's asking price still triggers a response rather than an instant acceptance. Also fixed: being unable to sign Free Agents when the transfer market is disabled or outside a transfer window, CPU counteroffers exceeding originally demanded fees, a stability issue when selecting certain teams in Live Start Points, and the Liga MX season restarting in May instead of mid-January.

General: FC Lite no longer shows unintended teams when randomising teams in Kick-Off, plus various stability fixes.

For Pro Clubs players, the on-pitch game is unchanged; the two The Grounds fixes target menus and post-match flow.
