FC 27 Season 1 Ends Oct 22: What Expires

FC 27 Season 1: Ones to Watch ends Thursday 22 October 2026, with Season 2 opening the same day and running to 3 December 2026. EA confirmed both dates in the official Launch Rewards Pitch Notes, so the rollover date is not a rumor.

From today there are 10 days left on the Season 1 clock, and the reset happens at the standard FUT Thursday turnover, which EA Help puts at 06:59 AM UTC. What expires on 22 October: - Every unclaimed Season Pass level on the Standard and Premium Ladders.

The track resets to Level 1 in Season 2, and unspent progress does not bank. If you finish the season on Level 23, levels 24 to 30 are gone, including the Ferran Torres Standard reward and the Yan Diomandé Premium reward.

- Your Rivals Division placement. The weekly rewards still pay out, but your Division resets when Season 2 opens.

- Any Season 1 Objective or Live Event you have not finished, including the Ones We Watched single-player series and the Ones to Watch Online Exhibition. What carries over safely: - Everything already in your Club, including players, consumables, and unopened packs.

- Your coins and unspent FC Points. - Your Ones to Watch Player Items.

The live upgrade system (+1 OVR per TOTW / Star Performer / Player of the Month, plus a one-time +1 OVR if the club wins 3 of its next 6 domestic league matches from 18 September) runs for the full 2026/27 football season, not just Season 1. The trap to watch for: the final FC 26 carryover drop lands 23 October, one day after Season 1 ends, so the PlayStyle+ Evolution consumables from that drop arrive in Season 2, not Season 1.

Plan your Evo chain accordingly. For Ultimate and Ultimate Plus owners, EA Help's Premium Pass article says buying the upgrade mid-Season unlocks all Premium rewards for levels you have already reached, so a 21 October upgrade still pays out retroactively.

That makes the next 48 hours the last real window to decide. Source: timesaver.gg FC 27 Season 1 rollover guide, citing EA's Launch Rewards Pitch Notes and the official Season 1 article.
