Red Bull Wings Cup: HK final, road to Miami
Red Bull Wings Cup is the global EA SPORTS FC 27 competition run by Red Bull together with EA SPORTS and PlayStation Tournaments, and it has now reached its national final stage. Players from nearly 80 countries and regions are competing to represent their country at the World Final in Miami in January 2027, which also includes real football challenges at Nu Stadium, the home of MLS club Inter Miami.
There are two routes into a national final. The Open League is played online through PlayStation Tournaments on PlayStation 5 with players' own Ultimate Team squads, while the University League is for students and is contested on campus in EA SPORTS FC 27 Rush. National finals bring together 16 finalists drawn from the two routes, and the national champion takes the country's ticket to Miami. Entry is free for anyone aged 18 or over who lives in a participating country or region.
Hong Kong has its own edition. The Open League ran until 18 October and the University League until 30 October, and the top players from both now meet at the Hong Kong final on 7 November, where the winner earns the Hong Kong place at the Miami World Final. Besides FC 27 matches, the event also tests players with real football challenges.
Other national finals are already producing champions. In Poland, Patryk 'J0k3r7x' Siajkowski won the national final at Poznań Game Arena on 23 to 24 October, beating Mateusz 'Zbiegu' Zbieg 4-1 and 1-0. Brazil held its national final on 31 October at the Museu Oscar Niemeyer in Curitiba, with Gaules on commentary and Julio Cocielo hosting, and Kenya's national final is set for 7 November at the Century Cinemax Sarit Centre in Nairobi.
The campaign also carries in-game rewards. Limited-edition Red Bull Wings Cup cans carry an 8-digit code that unlocks 250 Season Points, a Player Pick Loan Player Item from five Red Bull athletes valid for seven games, and Red Bull Wings Cup kits in Ultimate Team. Up to four codes can be redeemed per EA Account, and codes are valid until 31 August 2027.
Separately, FC 27 Club Members receive three Red Bull-branded Club Member kits, three matching crests, a unique TIFO and four XL TIFOs for Ultimate Team.
