EA Bans FC 26 Accounts Over Fut Web App Tools

EA Sports is mass-banning FC 26 accounts in the days before FC 27 launches, according to The Mirror and widespread posts on Reddit and X. The trigger most flagged by EA's Gameplay Integrity team is third-party browser tools that run alongside the FUT Web App, including PaleTools and FUT Genie, which automate SBC completion and trading.

EA's official ban email states that the account is now banned from online access to "any past, current, or future EA Sports FC and/or EA Sports FIFA titles" and lists external tools, modified clients, modified game data, glitch abuse, intentional losing and farming as cheating.
